we visited already Many National parks in South America and Iguazu is one of the best organized ones, the trails are safe and good signed, we love to hike and enjoyed our excursions there and was easy for us to do all the trails around Iguazu waterfalls. do not forget to take water a hut or cap and sun cream and also rain coat just in case of rain.
