Tuscany Photography Day is a daily photography workshop aimed at photography amateurs and professionals who would like to master their photographic skills while visiting some of the most spectacular places in Tuscany. You will have the opportunity to photograph historic wine cellars, local cheese producers, Chianina cattle breeding farms and some of the most beautiful Italian gardens. Customized workshops can be arranged on request.

The Italian language school Il Sasso is located in Montepulciano, a beautiful, renaissance town that stands on a hill surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in southern Tuscany. The school was founded in 1983 by people who are still running it today and it is recognized by the Ministry of Public Education. Foreign students are of every age group and come from all parts of the globe.

A perfect past time that can fill morning or late afternoon hours and is the thing to do for couples, small groups or families (children as of 7 years). Fabian will teach you the technics and tricks and if you are ready and feel like it will accompany you into the range for some “real shooting” . Plan 2 hours for this activity. To dishes with special flavors which are prepared using only the best local products other than those of our own vegetable garden. You will learn to prepare handmade pasta, ravioli, ribollita and other delicious recipes of our area .. plunging fully into a family atmosphere and into a location of rare beauty.

The Bianco e Nero Laboratory opens its doors to anyone, adults and children aged 6 years and up, so to do a greater experience and why not, fun, in the world of typical and unique Italian ceramics. You will discover more about the background of the laboratory (such as the preparation of the object before it is decorated, on his firing etc.).

Our cooking courses let you explore Tuscany and its food traditions while taking cooking classes. These fun, hands-on Tuscan cooking classes are taught by Mimmo the Villa Cicolina's chef who introduce you to Tuscan culture and traditions, wineries that has made Tuscany famous in the world. During the class we try to teach our guests the secrets of traditional Tuscan plats: handmade pasta, different sauces, starters and desserts, in order to make them able to transmit to their friends those secrets which made the Tuscan poor cuisine famous all over the world. Your classes will be conducted under the supervision and teaching of Mimmo, the chef of Villa Cicolina, and will be translated in English by a dedicated person. The classes are held in the kitchen of the restaurant and will let you to know the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, and will introduce you to recipes that you will be able to replicate when you return home. Our classes range from groups of 2 people up to 10 and are available in two different options: 1) Two-hours course: it includes the preparation of a starter, first course and dessert and dinner at Villa Cicolina restaurant where you will taste the food prepared by you; 2) Three-hours course: it includes the preparation of a starter, first course, second course and dessert and dinner at Villa Cicolina restaurant where you will taste the food prepared by you. During the course glasses of wine will be offered as an apron will be given as a souvenir.
