Our company was founded about 15 years ago when we decided to move from the country to live in the countryside, to devote more time to our passion for the land and its fruits. We decided to orientate our company toward that wonderful product that is oil, a little at a time by planting olive trees of various local varieties such as millers, Leccino, canines, Moraioli, pendulums and Maurists. We arrived today to have about 3000 plants whose fruit is picked by hand partially from the end of October, and crushed in day for characterize all of its flavors and its organoleptic properties. Our oil is free from any chemical pollution, presents medium intensely fruity, with bitter and spicy notes, typical of Tuscan oil. Our, albeit young company, he comes from a long passion for our land handed down over time from our parents and our grandparents, who always with love and experience following us in the realization of our dream.
