That’s what drives us to cultivate only our own vineyards planted with indigenous varieties. We practise dry farming and apply the principles of biodynamic agriculture –a step beyond organic. Like sentinels waiting patiently in silence, Recaredo’s bottles remain in the darkness of our cellars for at least 30 months until they achieve a truly unique character. In the case of Recaredo’s most exclusive family wine cellars, some of our Sparkling Wines are aged for nearly 20 years, preserving a wealth of elegant and complex nuances. Parés Baltà is a family owned traditional winery that goes back to 1790. We are winemakers with a long tradition but with new and fresh ideas. The company is guided into a new era of high quality wine production under the management of Joan and Josep Cusiné and the inconditional help of their father Joan Cusiné Cusiné. We produce high quality wines and cavas with grapes from our 5 estates, situated around the winery and in the mountains of Penedès. The altitude varies from 170 to 750m and offers a diverse mixture of soils and microclimates. That gives a special personality to our wines by bringing the essence of the Mediterranean ecosystem to our grapes. At Parés Baltà, the winemaking is in the hands of Mª Elena Jiménez and Marta Casas, oenologists and wives of Joan and Josep. Two skilled young women whose efforts are reflected in the quality of the wines, showing fine character and concentration yet with elegance and balance.

The singular emplacement of his vineyards with strict processes of production, define the style of the wines and cavas Llopart: The essence of a land, the vineyards and a great ancient tradition. The wines and cavas LLOPART are elaborated in the “Heritage Can Llopart de Subirats”, one of the wine estates with the longer tradition where it shows us a document preserved for the family since 1385. "Ex-Vite Vita ", the life comes from the vine-stock, is the motto that has been accompanied for successive generations of the family Llopart. This dedication culminates with the production of the first cava Llopart in 1887 in the former farmhouse of the family. The careful culture of 95 hectares of own vineyards, placed in a mountain zone, the selection of the best clusters, the delicate handcrafted process in our warehouses formed nowadays by a warehouse of vinification of upbringing wine, and a modern and integrated wine-cellar in the center of the Heritage, where it is possible to contemplate the privileged panoramic views of Penedés, guarantee the extraordinary quality of the wines and cavas Llopart.
