Everything was just perfect. The guide showed up right on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable, the tour covered every angle of the beautiful bay, lunch options plentiful, and the workout was great (nothing too difficult). At the end of the tour, you’ll feel like you’ve really gotten to know the bay well, and your body will say “thank you”!

Cycling around Kotor bay is a phenomenal choice to explore the ancient settlements and history of the region. The tour starts from Old town of Kotor or Tivat, where we begin the ride. During this trip you would see some unique places such as the abandoned "Tresorela" palace, which is under UNESCO heritage and the "Temple of the Holy Mother", the largest Catholic church in the region. Later you would enjoy a short ferry ride to cross the bay to the other side. Cycling to Risan and Perast for a short break and refreshment at a local bar would make you enjoy the view of the bay. Than you would have a short boat tour to visit small island with Church of Our Lady of the Rock in Perast. After that we would continue cycling to the starting point, but meanwhile you would see some historical places like Our Lady of the Angel, Verige pass and several more. The tour is 45 km and it is all flat terrain except for one short uphill. It is mostly on the main road also used for cars, so be careful.

We reserved the services of our tour guide through Shoretrips.com. Our guide, Vesna, was a wonderfully knowledgeable, professional tour guide who was able to get us onto the Lady of the Rock with private transportation so we didn't have to wait to fill the boat. She was able to expedite our entrance into many places and was able to show us some of the behind the scene sites that you could only see on our private tour. Vesna gave us a very thorough cultural and historical appreciation of her beloved city(Kotor) and island (Perast). Her enthusiasm made it an enjoyable and memorable visit. We would highly recommend her tour expertise.

We had an amazing SUP and Kayak Full Moon trip! The sunset and full moon trip left from Lustica Bay and we paddled past nearby beaches and into a cave. Paddling under the stars and full moon was an incredible experience. I would highly recommend a tour with Montenegro + and we look forward to doing other trips with them in the near future.
