I organize small group VIP Wine and Culinary Journeys from the USA to various regions in Europe. Not speaking Croatian, I needed local help in finding and booking venues for us to visit. I found Chelsea from Olive and Spice who was knowledgeable and ready to help my group. She understood our special requests, and quickly communicated our options. Once the decision was made which schedule was working for us, she set up all our visits and events for us. Even though she was away during our stay in Croatia, she followed up and made sure that everyone was ready at our arrival. We experienced authentic culture, excellent food, and met with winery owners and wine makers.
