Enjoy a fun and relaxing day to the secluded Islands of Ponza & Palmrola. Where the crystal clear water and the uncontaminated nature will have you fall in love with this magical place. A day trip that begins with a private transfer from Rome to the port of Anzio, where you will catch the fast ferry and as soon as you arrive to the port of Ponza, our boat excursion of the Island begins. You will be brought to hand- carved cisterns that date back to the ancient Romans. You will pass under natural formed arches, several stops will allow you to take a swim in the inviting waters and if requested you will be provided with snorkeling masks. Also brief stop on the pebble beach of Palmarola and then a pasta lunch will be served on board accompanied with white wine. After wards you will be given time to shop and visit the small quaint shops aligned to the pier as you wait for the fast ferry to take you back to Anzio port. From Anzio our private transfer will take you back to Rome.

Our tour guide was genuinely passionate about the history of Rome which made this tour so interesting. We saw parts of Rome we probably would not have known to look for as tourists, or parts we could have forgotten to see. I completely enjoyed everything we learned and were shown! My personal highlight was seeing where Julius Ceaser was stabbed, somewhere we may have missed without this tour! We were also the only two people on the tour which made it so much more personal. Our guide even took us to get some food in a little traditional bakery we would otherwise have missed. Overall, it was enjoyable, intellectual, fun and I would do it again if I went back to Rome! 10/10.

My husband and I spent 2 unforgettable days on the beautiful Zannone 1954 (1-Palmarola, 1-Ponza) It was magical! Claudio really puts his whole heart in what he does and you can see and feel it in every detail: the boat is gorgeous, very clean and taken care for, the precious woods make it look and feel luxurious. The places Claudio showed us were breathtaking, I couldn’t believe my own eyes - it was THAT beautiful. The best part was when he took us to see the “hidden” grottos accessible only by swimming. He swam with us, telling a bunch of interesting facts and making us feel safe. This is one of the main advantages of going on a tour with Claudio: we stopped whenever we wanted and he took us places that most boat tour don’t take you to. The size of Zannone also allowed us to pass in-between rocks which was very cool! And I can’t even begin to tell you how many compliments Zannone 1954 was receiving throughout our tour! People love it and we can’t blame them :) We were very lucky to come on board of this beautiful boat and discover the amazing islands of Ponza and Palmarola with Claudio. I will dearly remember these days for the rest of my life, thank you Claudio Can’t wait to come back!

Just back since Sunday after 7 nights on ship - boarded in Barcelona 3rd Nov - cannot praise ship - staff - food and - organisation skills - fantastic. It was my 60 th birthday pressie and have to say it was SPECIAL. Hopefully will see you all again next year

Tour guide was very friendly and informative. Driver was friendly and stopped at several locations so we could see and experience all there was in Rome. We were driven in a spacious very clean mini van and we were made very comfortable. Both spoke excellent English. Would not have had such an excellent experience without these two people. They took good care of us and were always looking out for us but at the same time, they made us feel like family. Driver took us to a restaurant that was very authentic and served us wine and everything on the menu! I would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting Rome including families.
