Great experience-- from the super clean water park to the variety of activities available (for all ages) and multiple options for food and drinks.... I have zero complaints. Just a few tips-- skip the escape rooms if you are hoping for a challenge-- they are kid friendly for the younger set. The Pearl game in the Arcade is a good payout for lots of tickets. Social distancing is your own personal responsibility-- so don't expect that the hotel staff is going to keep crowds and groups at bay. They do enforce masks outside of the water park but they are kind about it. Some of the slides and water bars are closed but there is SO much to do and places to eat that it didn't matter.

We loved everything from the way we were greeted to all the services - it was my treat for my boyfriend’s birthday. The girls at the reception wished him happy birthday and gave us huge glasses of champagne at the end. All the amenities were clean and amazing, staff didn’t stop asking if we needed water or anything else. Massages were amazing - we got deep tissue massages, it was very relaxing but all the knots were gone. My boyfriend really loved his body glow scrub brush treatment. I got mani pedi. I loved everything. Definitely will be back.
