Flaunting raw beams and cement walls, it exudes an industrial charm. Spent a 4 night getaway here to celebrate our 20 year anniversary at the Rasa Sayaong Resort with friends and loved every minute. Rooms were very spacious and we looked out over the grounds to the pool area from the balcony which had a private outdoor bath you could fill and sit and enjoy the view. No problem with the food... tried a few different places outside the resort but inside the restaurant while a bit more expensive of course, was just fine as well. Stayed in the Rasa Wing which has its own pool that is kids free and we took advantage of the kids free Afternoon High Tea each day in the lounge. There are activities available like par 3 golf course and massages etc and outside there are market type stalls all along the road just up from the resort. We spent a nice evening wandering along the street looking at the stuff which is typical tourist trap items :-) The resort is located on Batu Feringghi beach and is only around 15 mins in a taxi to George Town which is worth a day trip.
