This is one of the most best and beautiful moments we ever had in our life. We got picked up early morning from the hotel and taken us to Kathmandu domestic airport for boarding to our helicopter trip. In October 2019 my brother and I had the pleasure to visit Chitwan National Park under the guidance of (Kumar) Lama. After a long bus ride from Kathmandu we were welcomed at the Earth Light Hotel. The had everything we needed, and more! The place was well-maintained, clean, had a swimming pool and the (all inclusive) meals were good. The staff was very polite. During the three days, Lama had prepared a program for us which included various activities such as jungle canoeing, visiting an elephant pharm, a local village an dance show. The absolute highlight was the jungle walk where we encountered a rhinoceros! I would describe Lama as a helpful, professional, sincere and enthusiastic guide. After the three days it felt like we made a friend! We hope Lama and the hotel are doing well and we wish him and his family all the best during these difficult Covid times. I had a great 5 days trek in the Langtang valley. Suman Thapa my guide was exceptional. His technical skills helped me manage perfectly the altitude, thanks to his amazing knowledge of the country I learned so much about these beautiful mountains and amazing people, and above all Suman went out of his way to make sure I was very happy with the trek. I can not recommend him enough!
