We had a wonderful day on Lake Gatun yesterday and saw lots of wildlife. Sloths, iguanas, birds, several types of monkeys and tamarin. Sebastian our guide couldn’t have been better. We also saw ships going through the Panama Canal. We had lunch on a houseboat in the river and then kayaked to a waterfall and swim. Our pick up from the hotel was prompt with a good driver who spoke good English and explained some historical facts to me.

Sorhay is an amazing woman. She was prompt, friendly and just all around amazing!! Very knowledgeable about Panama and made us feel like family. She could see what an amazing time I was having and made sure I got my fill. I can't thank her enough for the wonderful memories! At least this was one thing that we could still do with everything closed because of the virus. Sorhay was wonderful and having a private tour made it even better!! Best tour I have ever booked!!!

Incredibly disappointed and currently researching legal action in order to get refund. I’ve been trying to reach Karol Cardona or someone at the agency for a refund of tours and transport due to CV19 cancellations. There would have been 11 ladies and I traveling to Panama in April 2020. I’ve been to Panama multiple times, love it & wanted to share its beauty with friends. We are owed US$1,210 ($550 deposit towards tours & $660 for fully paid transports). We’ve been emailing and calling since March 2020 with no response or acknowledgment. We’ve even offered that the monies be paid back in increments recognizing that the business may have been adversely affected by the pandemic. Again, no response or acknowledgment. The troubling part is that other Panamanian companies were in constant communication with us and repaid our monies back in increments. We would not recommend this business based on unethical business practices and a major fail in customer service.

Just as promised. Received instructions well prior to arrival on where to meet driver - in a convenient spot after baggage claim, and he was there on time and easy to find. Same for return to airport - arrived to hotel just as promised, confirmed the night before. Van was comfortable and air conditioned, and driving was safe.

Just back from Panama. Booked this company through Viator for a private transfer from our Panama City hotel to a resort in Rio Hato. Being Canadian, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited ONE AND A HALF HOURS for them to show up. We called them at least three times and were told each time that a car was either coming or already on its way. NEVER SHOWED UP. We ended up taking another company and paying out of pocket for that trip. Viator refunded our money completely and we feel sorry for Viator, but they need to REMOVE this company from their listing.

This was a perfect side trip to our stay in the city. Claudio picked us up at the hotel on time, gave us some interesting history of Panama on the ride out to the boat and got the monkeys to eat out of our hands! It was the right amount of time and with the right guide. Can’t recommend it enough.
