One of the six holy temples of Lord Muruga.Located at palani divine temple One of the important Hindu temples in Tamilnadu There are four ways to clim up the hill.Elephant path ( flat stairs to climp up easily), Normal path (800 steps approx), Winch & rope car service. The ticket for winch is minimum of Rs 10/- & rope car is minimum of Rs 15/-. Waiting time for both 40 mins to 1 hr during normal days. Buy panchamirtham @ sithanathan which is very near to stairs

Range of hills with beautiful sceneric view and many picnic spots...On the foot of this hill one among arupadai veedu temple of lord murugan is located....From city palani you can reach kodaikannal by road through palani hills...But the road was narrow...But u can surely njoy the beauty of nature by travelling via this road...

The name itself states that Lord murugan here was worshipped by goddess Lakshmi, Kamadhenu, Agni, Sun God and Vayu God .. The famous Tamil poet "Nakkirar" has sung songs in praise of Lord Muruga here.. This temple is also known as the " Aadhi temple". Don't miss to worship Lord Muruga in this temple..
