I have toured the gardens around the castle once a year for about 10 years now. It really is worth going there to look and take photos. Monday to Friday from 9am to 4.30pm they allow you to pay a small fee to enter the gardens. There is a lovely maze with a wooden platform in the middle, where you can climb up to, and then you have a good view of the gardens and the house. The house is not open to the public. You can read the information by looking up Landgoed Weldam on the internet. I usually go there every September when there is an English Fair held in the grounds to raise money for the nearby St. Mary's Chapel, which is an Anglican Church. If you go on the day of the English Fair, then there is an entrance fee to be paid to enter the fair. Then if you have paid to enter the fair, you can also tour the gardens for free.
