Cathedrale Ste-Croix

Other than the connection to Jean d’ arc this was a pretty straightforward Cathedral. It is very restrained and plain. However how they constructed such large and intricate stone structures is beyond me. Has more than a couple beautiful stained glass windows.

Leo Parc Aventures

Great way to allow the kids to burn of some energy after several days of seeing adult-oriented attraction (I.e. Cathedrals, museums, historical monuments). Different levels based upon age, but challenging enough to keep them interested. Very affordable, with a single entrance price allowing them to climb as long as they like. Well supervised, with great security measures (not based on carabiner system that allows younger kids to unhook themselves).

A name you can trust, combining quality and experience. Mountain bikes, trail bikes, tandems and electric bicycles to help you explore the region. In partnership with "Loire à Vélo".

As walk in customers my wife and I had no idea what to expect in terms of customer service and bicycle quality. What a wonderful surprise to discover the best quality bicycles and most customer oriented owners that we have ever encountered. The Tabard family, celebrating 40 years in business, are the epitome of organization and efficiency.
Our bikes were like new, fitted properly and equipped with all necessary repair equipment. Routes were recommended according to our time constraint and fitness level, and detailed instructions provided for return after hours, if necessary. We were fortunate enough to even meet the grandfather/founder of the company upon our late return. This is truly a 5 star service company and deserves my highest possible recommendation.

Esc'ape

The purpose of the game is the following one: escape from a room within one hour. It is practised in team from 3 to 6 players, who have to look for indications scattered in the room, then combine them, solve the riddle and go out of the room as fast as possible.

Reviewed By HUYGHE0498 - Lille, France

Avons fait le scénario Back to the Past. Bravo !

Hotel Groslot was used as a city hall from the French revolution. Notice the statue of Johan of Arc in front of the building. Her armor is pierced, but it is not original and rather the result of being stored close from a munition depot during WWII who suffered an explosion.

Centre-ville

Reviewed By jrapeter - Cheddar, United Kingdom

The "old city" has such an array of well preserved historic buildings that you really need to just wander aimlessly around for a while.
There are, naturally, several Cathedrals and churches, some fantastic old bank buildings, small backstreets and of course more modern additions.
If you aren't into architecture or history just walk along the banks of the River Loire or chill out in a coffee bar or restaurant (there are plenty).
