Beautiful views at top. Great value and great fun for all ages. Go at your own pace option. Lasts a while and plenty of speed twists and turns. Arrive early as it is not a quick loading speed. Would return

I visited this church on a rainy day in June.After passing through a grave yard a very old handcrafted door opens into the church.This is a Catholic Church,beautiful Wal paintings with a cupola painted and a Chrystal chandelier hanging down on a long chain.The seats are made of pine and you can tell they have been used for centuries.The altar is decorated in gold and silver and you can tell this is a very rich church.A very nice organ oversees the church and it powerful sound is nice to listen too.It is well worth it to take some time to visit this gem.

Lovely house with spectacular outside paintings on the walls. It sits in a nice garden, so with the setting probably this is one of the prittiest painted buildings in the town. If your are in Oberammeragau, do not miss it - it in just in center of town.

The family recreation area at Kolben in Oberammergau has everything for an exciting and diverse day in the nature perserve of the Ammergauer Alps. The most amazing views on a clear day. You can hike up which takes about 2 hours or so or you can take the cable car up and back if you prefer. the cost for the cable car is around 18 euro return trip. there is a lovely restaurant at the top. The food is good and priced well.
