Always a good place for a walk at any time of the year, especially in the summer when the wildflower meadows are in full bloom. All credit to the landowner who has provided this to the public and keeps it looking good, with the paths regularly mowed. Park in the Caistor Roman Town car park just across the road and you can visit that free as well!

This was a truly informative, fascinating, enjoyable and excellent morning to celebrate my wife's birthday. Lee, the owner, is both inspired and inspiring. The tour was amazingly good value for money and including tasting five wines (generous tastes!) with nibbles included. However, access by taxi or having a driver willing to forego the tasting is essential if you wish to enjoy the wine to the full!

Despite the weather being awful, we managed to get out into the vineyard for an informative talk about the different grapes etc. Inside we learnt a great deal about the processes involved in wine production, whilst enjoying charcuterie along with 6 different wines. After we had the opportunity to purchase wines, but didn’t feel under any obligation. All in all a very pleasant afternoon

This museum contains a wealth of interesting exhibits and offers an insight into the history of the city, the industries that people worked in, and the lives that they led. The lady on the reception desk gave us a detailed and helpful explanation of the layout of the museum, the artefacts on display had clear and concise descriptions, and the interactive elements worked well. Definitely worth a visit.
