I ordered three linen shirts and I'm very satisfied. I brought my favourite shirt for fitting and inspiration and the tailor made copies with some twist (different collar, etc.). I am pleased with service (fitting and delivery directly to the hotel lobby) and can highly recommend it.

Khlong Muang Beach

Reviewed By misskirstylouiseroe

This beach is a beautiful beach. It is peaceful and clean. The best way to appreciate this beach is by using one of the resorts placed beside it. There is little shade otherwise. There are cornered off sections to guide you for swimming as there may be a few long tail boats parked a long side to offer you rides to other beaches and islands. None of which bother you too much and wait for custom. When the tide is low you'll see many rocks but this isn't often. It's a beautiful beach and worth the walk to each end.

What a beautiful oasis to escape the hot weather and busy poolside during this time of the resort high season. As this spa uses L’Occitane products, I did not hesitate to choose the Aromatique massage with the Lavender oil. I also had a complimentary 30-min foot massage as part of my room package with Accor Plus More Escape. My husband came the evening before for sun soothing treatment due to long exposure to the sun at the pool. It was a great treatment with wrap and cold compress to soothe the sunburn. Each treatment room has its own unique name (Lemongrass, Relaxing, Exhilarating, etc… ), in-room toilet, shower cum steam room, and a closet with amenities. The Spa offers prices for peak hours (1200-2000) and off-peak hours (1000-1200 & 2000-2200). There is also Happy Hour promo from 1200-1400 for Thai and Oil Massage 60/90 mins at discounted price. For Club room guests, there is 15% discount, and for my room package, we got 25% discount on top of the off-peak hour pricing. It is really a VIP treatment, great to pamper ourselves, and well worth paying the extras though you get a cheaper treatment at Ao Nang Beach. We love the attention given during registration where we fill up the questionnaire, and during treatment, my therapist constantly checked if I was fine with the pressure. It is indeed the personal touch, thoughtfulness and attention given that we were impressed with and valued the service here. My therapist even made a special braid on my hair to complement my dress, and informed me of the weekend night market at the Krabi Town / attractions at Ao Nang Beach. Highly recommended and will be back, and I’m considering booking the room package with daily spa treatment.

Please wear proper hiking shoes! It is not just a walk in the park. There will be some challenging spots with slippery and rocky climbing. My family is used to hiking and some spots made us a bit nervous. But it is totally doable. My six year old son did it . It took us 2 hours up , 30 minutes on top and 2 hours back. Due to several stops for the kiddo. Make sure to check the forecast before and on the day of climbing. Have at least a litre of water per person, snacks, sun and mosquito protection and a small first aid kit. Come as early as you can. Make sure to have a tip of 100B per person for the rangers upon return when you check out. Not obligatory, but it’s a custom) overall - an amazing hike for my family.

It is really worth the climb. I am not in a good physical shape and have some overweight but with some stops and breaks it was managable. In the other hand my boyfriend did not have any issues to get there. It took about 5 hours for climbing up, having a rest and a lot of photos and then coming back. Don't forget to take a lot of water with you and everything is going to be ok. The views were magnificent and I really recomment it.

Din Daeng Doi

This is a great place to visit but a little off the Western Tourist map. Hopefully this review will act as a guide: Access is off the main 4034 road in Ban Khao Klom. Keep an eye out for the Krabi International School sign and take the small road between the Minute Mart and the local school. A couple of KM along the road on you left will be 300m, 200m and 100m signs in Thai - not very helpful I grant you but just look out for the numbers then there's a massive sign, turn left just before the sign. You'll think it's someone's drive but have faith! There are a couple of parking spaces to the left and a dirt track going into the jungle. Now you really do need to have faith and keep going. Yes, it's bumpy. Drive slowly. After about 500m just when you're beginning to panic and wonder if you will ever come out alive the road opens up to a large parking area. You've made it! Look for a little path going past a gazebo on the side of a house. Someone will come out and relieve you of 50 baht (non Thai) or 20 baht if you're Thai. Please don't be offended by the price difference, it isn't meant in a nasty way, it's just how things are at many attractions over here. Hey, try living on a Thai wage!! Oh, I meant to say, before you get to the entrance fee gazebo there are a couple of western style toilets as you walk away from the car park in a concrete building to your right. Now is the time to use them. Having paid your money it's time to earn that view. You start off climbing some rough concrete steps. Pace yourself. In total the walk is going to take 5 or 10 minutes. At the top of the steps there's a little seating area and also some basic huts you can rent overnight with an amazing view over the valley below. Carry on, the track bears round to the left. You're now walking on slightly uneven but solid ground. Just keep going. Eventually you come to a signpost. Straight on to some toilets (I think they are Thai squatters but I didn't investigate thoroughly), right for everything else. You walk past a small restaurant area then up to the viewing platforms. There is also a Muslim prayer room. The views are stunning. You can look towards the sun rise across a vast Krabi Valley with mountains rising up in the distance or you can look West towards the sunset and Phang Nga bay with Khao Yao Noi in the distance. Aim to arrive just before sunrise (they open from 5:30am). Early mornings are good because it's cool for the walk up and if you arrive after it's rained there will be a covering of mist down bellow you as the sun heats up the land. Having taken a million photos you've earned a little breakfast treat. They do coffee, fried churro / doughnuts things (Pa Thong Ko) with condensed milk, Thai food and some western bits and bobs. It isn't expensive so fill your boots and experiment. There are some tents at the top which you can rent if you feel inclined and if you wanted to pitch your own that is also possible. There is even a small BBQ. This is a great attraction and the result of some local ingenuity. It isn't expensive, they have tried hard to cater for everyone and deserve to be successful. It's also a nice way to integrate with local people if you're here on holiday. The day I went I was the only westerner, everyone else was Thai but everyone was friendly and we all enjoyed the amazing views helped each other with photos and so on.

Pak Bia Island

Reviewed By jazsacher - Bangkok, Thailand

This was a fantastic little island which offered multiple sites for taking stunning island photos. We stayed here for 1 hour and felt we needed more time here despite it being a small island. Tourists got in the way of some of our shots but during Covid times the size of the visitors was much less and we took advantage of the sparse crowds. I would recommend this island for anyone interested in unparalleled and unsurpassed natural beauty. What and incredible place this is.
