This is a beautiful island under Hatiya Upazila of Noakhali. It’s a natural beauty of mangrove forests where you will find Deers of specific species and Monkeys. A huge number of migrated birds come in this Island in the winter season, enhancing the beauty of this Island. From Dhaka, you can go Tomzuddion by launch from Sadarghat launch terminal or go to Shonapur by direct bus from Sayedabad or Jikatala, then you have to reach chairman ghat, the entry point of Hatia Island. Then you have to take Motorboat or Ship to reach Hatia and from there you can go to Nijhum Island by local motorboat. It is better to visit this island with local guide.
