The winery’s philosophy is to give meaning to tradition and traditional technique in the quest for the original, authentic Ramandolo, using new approaches and ancient materials. Today, our winery has new vine stock and new cellars but the harvest is still carried out by hand in the traditional fashion – there is no other way of working on the steep, terraced slopes.

We went for a wine tasting experience at Dario Coos! It was fantastic! Matteo conducted the tasting and his explanation of the wines, regions, production methods and his professional yet relaxed nature was brilliant! We have travelled from Australia and my cousins were locals and Matteo was easily able to conduct the tasting in very good English! We really enjoy good wines and this venue did not let us down! Our favorite was the Refosco!

Tipica frasca friulana dove poter bere un buon bicchiere di vino. Un ambiente accogliente e familiare dove trascorrere del tempo di qualità in compagnia ed allegria. NB: Chiusura per fine stagione il 25 Novembre 2017. Si riapre ad Agosto 2018.
