This was a fabulous experience! Our instructor, Chau was absolutely the best. She was well organized, explained everything and gave us a lot of opportunity to actually prepare all of the dishes. We were a group of 3 and the class began with a trip to the market to purchase our ingredients- this itself is an adventure! We returned to the restaurant and went on to prepare a 3 course meal. This class is good value and you will leave full and with the confidence to prepare your own Vietnamese meal. Do not hesitate- sign up!
