Skin & Body Method was created in San Francisco as I craved city life upon moving from Los Angeles, I commuted from Napa to the city for 20 months developing my practice for the stressed masses. As I hit a detour on my dream I realized I can create Skin & Body Method anywhere . I am happy to develop share my talents here in Napa & Sausalito. Bio~ I acquired my bodywork certification in 1997 and obtained my esthetician license in 2000. In 1997 I started my practice "Path To Wellness" in a Midtown Sacramento wellness center. In 2004 I decided to move to Los Angeles and explore the phenomenal spa world meshed into the entertainment biz. I was given the opportunity upon arriving, to work at The Peninsula of Beverly Hills, I then moonlighted working with two top plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. Landing a position with The Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills for 8 years was my home. LA was an amazing journey, working on incredible people from near and far with various backgrounds and needs. Clients trusting me with their body temples has given me introspection and knowledge to intuitively create and provide customized services. In October 2013 I moved to Napa for a new journey closer to family and to learn about wine of course. Making clients feel wonderful and not to mention looking fabulous is my ultimate goal.

We are a couples spa in the heart of the historical district of downtown Napa. We offer high quality spa treatments with only the purest ingredients and the best practitioners in the Napa Valley. We can accommodate 7 clients at a time for spa parties- excellent for bridal get togethers before the event, birthdays and baby showers.
