The fort is vast, interesting and well restored. The palaces inside are great with decors. The area is clean and the guide was great. Most interesting was the air cooling system and water reservoir through channels on terraces. Even though it might be a bit sidelined from the popular Rajasthani tourism route, it was worth visiting.

It is a scenic place surrounded by water. When moving from Jaipur to Amer Fort this is easily visible by the side of highway road.
