We asked Sup-Fit to come to our sailing club to offer something different for our members. The team were so professional and easy to work with. Great communication in the lead up to the activities and provided quality gear. I even joined in on a session and learnt heaps, and now have my own SUP!

Mornington Railway

Reviewed By Rarisang - Melbourne, Australia

All the generations in our family group loved the atmosphere, the steam engine, its atmospheric whistle and waving to people on the trip to Mornington and back. There weren't many passengers on the 3.00pm trip and that enabled one of the volunteers to take photos of family groups in front of the engine. Hand him your phone and he'll take a photo. The volunteers are so enthusiastic about their train and they are happy to answer any technical questions.
We bought our tickets at Moorooduc Station. Family ticket $55. Children under four ride free. Adults $20. Seniors and other concessions $15. The conductor punches your ticket en route and lets children try punching a ticket themselves. After a lovely fifteen minute trip through bushland and past sports ovals, the train stops at the little Mornington Station. Most people alight to watch the engine change ends for the return trip. The length of time suits young children.
There are snacks and toilets at Moorooduc Station.

Canadian Bay Beach

Reviewed By Oldjack - Greater Melbourne, Australia

I recently saw again, for the fourth or fifth time the very depressing and not very good movie by Stanley Cramer called 'On The Beach' from Neville Shute's novel of the same name. Ava Gardner and Gregory Peck did a yachting scene at Canadian Bay and I went back to see what the place was like. It was a pleasant small beach in a very nice part of Greater Melbourne. I also saw then filming at Gem Pier and nelson Place in Williamstown which also included Fred Astaire. Back to Canadian Bay--nice beach but not special but it does bring back memories and if old Ava was still around she might see this beach and Mt Eliza as much better than many towns and Beaches in California.

This art gallery is a gem, that also has a cafe attached. The people are friendly, and allow you to look at the artwork and enjoy it, and are friendly enough to want to help. The cafe is upper class food and is lovely. Recommend a visit when you head down to the Mornington Peninsula.

Earimil Gardens

Reviewed By PANTHER029 - Gold Coast, Australia

Earimil Gardens is a glorious 3 acre garden situated on the cliff top at Mount Eliza with views out over Port Phillip Bay and a distant view to Melbourne's skyline. We visited during one of their 'Open Garden' days but it is open for groups to visit with a prior booking.
The Gardens are beautifully maintained and in a word... glorious! The aim was to create a different vista at every turn and this has been accomplished magnificently. The colours are stunning and the free form of the garden flows beautifully from one point of interest to the next, with floral archways and rose arbors a'plenty. There are highlights everywhere... the area around the pool looking out over the bay is certainly one of them, as are the many huge pots with flowers spilling out of them.
Earimil is only about 50 minutes from Melbourne and certainly worth a visit. It is a beautiful place and we felt uplifted by our visit.
