We were a group of 5 from Sydney, Australia for a weeks stopover in Moscow and Vadim had been highly recommended to us from a friend. We were glad they did, as Vadim was an excellent guide and jam packed our tours with sites as well as a historical journey of the old Rus’ and modern Russia. His knowledge of his homeland country was impeccable and we now have a deep appreciation and fondness of the Russian people. Would highly recommend Vadim to all travellers! Note: if you would like to keep your exercise regime up whilst in Moscow then Vadim’s walk tours will certainly keep your daily steps in the high 000’s. However Vadim can easily adapt to a slower pace as we had our 78yo mother in our party. Awesome Tour Guide! Спасибо большое Vadim

I had an excellent tour with Nikita. He met me in the lobby of my hotel and the tour began as soon as we left. Nikita is very knowledgeable and was able to give me the history of various buildings and neighborhoods as we walked around Moscow. He also gave me insights on life in present day Russia. The wonderful food started at a market where we tried Russian cheese and crepes. We then walked to a monastery and had pastry and tea. We stopped along the way so Nikita could tell me about the history of a building or place. The final stop involved delicious Siberian dumplings. My three-hour tour flew by. It was the perfect combination of food, history, and culture. It was also just the right amount of food for me. We finished at 6:00 pm and I didn’t need dinner that evening. Nikita followed-up afterwards with recommendations for shopping and restaurants during my remaining time in Moscow. I highly recommend this tour.

10. Day Trip to Zvenigorod

Say Hi to Russia

My name in Evgenia (or Jane), I was born in Moscow and spent here most of my life, graduated from Moscow State University. I am also a traveler, I visited over 35 countries, lived in Spain and US and I speak four languages. I have a lot of friends from other countries and I love showing them beautiful places in and around Moscow. I think that the most important thing in every city is to feel it's atmosphere, which you can't really do in touristic spots. Besides standard touristic locations, our city has amazing old neighborhoods with outstanding architecture and really cozy atmosphere where I myself love to walk or hang out in new delicious coffee shops, there are really beautiful monasteries in the suburbs that can be neglected by tour guides, and I would love to take you to these places and share this spirit of Old Moscow with you.
