Not difficult trekking with nice views. Near the waterfall there is a views point with a panorama of the city of Morogoro - deserving every drop of sweat;) I did my trip with a guide named Evance. We booked a day tour with African Pangolin Safaris. They were very responsive and organized a tour for us only one day ahead of our inquiry. It was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide and driver was Yunus. He is very knowledgeable of both animals and plants and the Mikumi Park and area in general. The road and traffic from Dar Es Salaam to Mikumi is very busy and crowded and the travel takes some time and effort - Yunus also did that part like a pro, always calm and careful. I wholeheartedly recommend African Pangolin Safaris, great agency and great people!
3. Mikumi To Maasai Village 2 days 1 night
The Maasai people, one of the well-known tribes are recognized for their unique and ancient rituals, attire and beliefs. But they are slowly modernizing, and more and younger members are leaving their homelands and traditions for life in the city. Mikumi National Park there are spectacular rock formations of the mountains Rubeho and Uluguru. The southeast part of the park is less rich in wildlife, and not very accessible. Mikumi It is the best place for a game drive and you may stay overnight in the park either in the tents or in the lodges inside the park.

Wildlife in Ruaha is concentrated along the Great Ruaha River that is the park’s lifeblood. The river is a torrent after the rains, dwindling to a few precious ponds of water surrounded by a sweep of sand in the dry season. Is the headquarter of the Waluguru`s Chief Kingalu. The place located 50 kilometers from Morogoro town in the Foots of Eastern side of Uluguru Mountains. At this Tour you will enjoy the nice Waterfall known as Kisimbi Waterfall approximately 30 or 35 meters. Kinole village it is a nice place for camping and tour can do a village around Kinole town you may visit Kinole Market, Farms for different Crops such, Pineapples, black pepper, cloves and Bananas.
