I've known Guillame for some time he used to manage the Olympic Sport shop at the Front de Neige Centre before opening his own place. He'has serviced my skis for a number of years, always providing a first class service. This year I decided it was time to buy a new pair, so naturally I asked his advice, I had a couple of favourites, after discussing how I wanted to ski and where, he selected a pair of Rossignols I hadn't even considered. He was exactly right, my skis are just what I was looking for, I love them! His selection was a perfect example of a professional using his knowledge of the skis he had serviced for me and his understanding of the local area to give me exactly the right skis.

La Rosiere is a ski resort in the Haute Tarentaise, it's located at 1850 metres on a south facing ridge with skiing down to 1176m from a maximum height of 2800m. I love skiing here and have skied here since 2000, IMO there's something for everyone. It's great for families, there are excellent kid's facilities, with a creche and dedicated children's learning areas. The resort is compact with lifts at the centre of the village and at the hamlet of Les Eucherts, virtually all of the pistes are south or southwest facing so it's great for skiing on sunny days, the ski area is linked with La Thuile in Italy to form the Espace San Bernado, all ski-able on a single lift pass. La Thuile is completely different with mostly north facing slopes and more tree cover. In all there is over 160kms of pistes and masses of off-piste, with one of the best snow records in France, regularly amongst the top five resorts for snow-cover. For me, the attraction of La Rosiere is that it's terrific value, lift passes are much better value that the mega resorts nearby, and it doesn't cost a fortune to eat and drink on the mountain. Above all it's the friendliness of the villagers, many of whom have become good friends, that keeps us returning year after year.

My family enjoyed ski school and private lessons with ESF La Rosiere and We were all extremely happy with the coaching and level of service. I would highly recommend ESF La Rosiere

We returned to La Rosière for a week for the 2nd consecutive year and, again, used Evolution 2 for the children’s ski lessons and my ski lessons. The children loved Evolution as much this year as they did last year. Their instructor, Kevin, has done a great job with them and we are amazed at how much they have both progressed this week. Most importantly, they really enjoyed their week with Kevin as he made the lessons so much fun. Thanks also to Laury (afternoon instructor) who also made the lessons fun and helped our children a lot. I had private lessons with Kevin last year and booked lessons again with him this week. I cannot speak highly enough of Kevin. He is an outstanding teacher and really patient, kind and encouraging. His instructions are clear and he really helped me progress more than I imagined I would. He challenged me whilst being patient and listening to any concerns or questions I had. My lessons with Kevin were the highlight of my week in La Rosière and I hope to be back again one day. Thank you so much Kevin, Laury and Evolution 2!!!
