I traveled with them three times: from Asuncion to Montevideo (a 23 hour ride, cama service), from Montevideo to Treinta y Tres and from the Quebrada de Cuervos crossing to Montevideo. All buses were clean adn on time, on board staff were kind and helpful and so were their staff at the Tres Cruces terminal in Montevideo, respectively their Asuncion contact. The on board service for the long haul ride (Asuncion - Montevideo) was just excellent: staff were polite, friendly, cheeful, food was great and everything went smoothly. Recommended.
