Ribat of Monastir

The Ribat of Monastir is very beautiful. It was very easy to park our car there, and from its tower, you have an excellent overview on the city and its surroundings.

Bourghiba Mausoleum

Reviewed By daisy12014 - Carlisle, United Kingdom

Ask any Tunisian and they will tell you that Habib Bourguiba is their nation's saviour, rescuing them from French rule in the 1950s (and giving women the right to vote). A scaled down model of the Taj Mahal, the mausoleum contains many of the great man's personal effects, as well as his and his family's mortal remains. Free to enter and stunningly photogenic.

Monastir Marina

Reviewed By W1876ZOkimberlyw

It is an absolutely perfect spot. It is very clean and safe. The people are very friendly and helpful. Start your day with a coffee at Café Sidi Bou Said, then walk around the Marina. I visited in March and in July and thoroughly enjoyed my experiences both times.
