I don’t understand how anyone could leave a negative review of this retreat. My experience here was life changing and one that I will cherish forever. Everyone’s intentions are pure and heartfelt. The teachings and teachers try to help you in any way they can along your spiritual path while teaching you how to mediate with an open heart and so much more. There is magic that happens in the room and it truly is gift from God if you allow yourself to be open to what they have to offer. I will forever be indebted to Hridaya Yoga and their teachers for all the help and love they showed me during the part of my journey with them. Thank you for genuinely caring about all of us and guiding us along the path to unconditional love.

What a magical place this is. The Grey Whales were plentiful and friendly. We went with Malarrimo whale watching and our captain, Samuel, seemed to be a magnet for the whales! What a wonderful experience!

The plaza itself is a nice resting place for people watching but it's the surrounding shops, restaurants and accommodations that get 5-stars! Saks restaurant food & service are 5☆, and the tequileria is an homage to this favoured drink. The galleries and fine shopping in the white marble hotel across from Saks, highlights Mexican artists and designers. Shops line the street at the top of the plaza supporting rural Mexican artisans still handmaking clothing, other textiles & products to beautify your home.

This is THE street or avenue in Cacun hotel zone... it goes all over the island and in one side you have the Nichupte Lagoon and in the other the wonderful hotels by the sea. If you like to walk or jog this is the perfect place to do it.

Tulum Avenue

Reviewed By cancuncastaway

This is a major road that cuts through the center of Cancun. You can find just about anything you are looking for on this Avenue. The ADO bus station, pretty much every available bank in Mexico, money exchanges, local bus stops, restaurants, shopping malls, bars and clubs can all be found on this strip of Cancun. Av. Tulum between Calles Coba and Chichen Itza is pretty much the heart. It is flanked by "Las Palapas" on the West and "Palacio Municipal" and Av. Nader on the East. I like to think of this area as the true "Cancun Centro".
