Recently I hadn’t been able to sleep because of anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve gone twice now, every time I go I find I can go to sleep and stay asleep for the night! Feeling refreshed once again. I do the combination of infrared sauna and molecular hydrogen. Sym always makes sure I have a great experience. Highly recommend!

If you’re staying in the CBD and like hot yoga this place is for you. Very similar to a C2 class at Corepower in the US if you’re familiar. Did the 10 day trial for $50, took 5 classes. Would have done more, but wasn’t in city all that time. If I lived in the CBD, I’d go everyday, but I don’t. Had Travis, Emma, and Sascha as guides and enjoyed them all very much. Namaste.
