We hired a double kayak from the lovely and friendly guys at Swan Boat Hire. We spent an hour paddling around the Maroochy River and the little island there. It was great fun and I would recommend it.

We have been to Maroochydore Beach before when the surf was pounding. On this occasion the Westerly winds had made the sea very calm. Even though it was May the water was still quite warm. We had fun watching a couple of guys surfing on the hydrofoil sups. The beach is patrolled and has great views to the North and South. We were staying at the nearby Cotton Tree Caravan Park so I got up at dawn and watched the beautiful sunrise over the ocean and had a walk along the beach. Great Spot!

What a delight, this park in Cotton Tree Esplanade has something for everyone including the dog, kids, bbq facilities, fishing, water sports or just a casual coffee at Mio Spazio right across the street, you’ll love the relaxed atmosphere.

Chambers is so so easy to access, yet never seems to be crowded. You might not think then that it is worth going there, so that's what many must think, but how wrong can you be. This little island right in Maroochydore's Maroochy river is just 5 mins from the CBD, and with ample parking right near the walkway bridge and surrounds, this is the place to take the kids to play on clean sandy beaches, swim, go fishing, relax or just admire the views - the sunsets looking up river are spectacular.

Loved the visit to this shopping centre as it has so many unique shops I haven’t seen elsewhere plus the usual big stores that you would expect Located on the river are lots of good eating places plus you can book a river tour hire a boat etc Plenty of parking plus easy to walk to from any of the apartments on Duporth Avenue or beachside Have fun don’t spend too much !

Tonight we just ate and experienced one of their escape rooms . Only finding out about holy moley in Maroochydore last Tue, my daughter and I went for some golf wen night . My daughter and I played 9holes of golf and had a ball, laughing taking photos and she even got her first hole in 1. Amazing night, On our way out were meet near the door by a staff member asking how our night had been . Great we both said , after chatting for a while she gave us some free entry cards and welcomed us back anytime in the future . So impressed we returned the next night for some 10pin bowling and some more golf also eat food drank drinks with 2 of my daughter's. 18, 10. Returning tonight to the same amazing service and smiling faces. Helpful, kind and generous staff who also gave us some more passes tonight as a incentive to return. Which will definitely will be again soon. 5star

I come here very often, and it’s always lovely, but I came here on the 21st, booking my tickets online. Stupidly, I booked tickets for a movie on the 29th instead of the 21st. All excited my partner and I bought our popcorn and drink and made our way to the cinema, soon realising it was the wrong date. We spoke to Bec, who was incredibly helpful. She offered for us to swap the tickets out for a film soon that day, which we did and when we came back for that time she had fresh popcorn and drinks ready for us. Thank you so much Bec, you were the best!!
