Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of information available including maps. Souvenirs and local produce available. Parking area next door with plenty of parking. Can visit SS Marion while you are there.

Easy drive to the lookout. Great views. Was very windy when we were there. Can see the river for quite a while both ways. Can also see in the opposite direction across the hills.

We never miss a chance to come out to the falls. From the first car park its a lovely walk for most, from the second carpark it is a very steep walk down to the falls, able bodied will find first car park easier. Allow one hour for a good walk around the falls
