These kind of information offices tend to be much of a muchness, with loads of brochures and the ability book tours and the like. The defining difference between a good one and an indifferent one is the helpfulness of the staff - and we were happily impressed by the staff here. The were friendly, answered all of our questions, marked up an excellent map for us to use, and even googled a few opening hours and the like for us. Excellent.

There was a good display of material about the area and what to do combined with a good selection of items for sale . The information assistant was super friendly and provided excellent service, going out of her way to answer my enquires.

This Library is a credit to our town. There are lots of books to choose from, helpful staff who are approachable and happy to answer any queries. Its always very busy and well utilized by locals. We have taken overseas visitors here all of whom were full of praise for what is on offer for the public, and also the building itself.
