I've spent 4 days in the jungle and it was totally worth it. I saw a lot of animals, slept one night in a hamoock, fishing piranhas and cooking by the fireplace. My guide had great experience and knowledge of nature and life in the amazon. I learned a lot and experienced unforgettable moments!

Joshua has exceeded all our expectations with his planning, punctuality and organisation. From the first boat trip to the last it was great......our guide "Cobra" couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The "Amazon Boto Lodge" was friendly with Frank "Sinatra and Thelma's cooking and preparation of all the meals was excellent. They all went that bit extra to make our stay perfect.......even when it poured with rain....and the use of a small swimming pool after a long day was again just what you wanted.......would highly recommend Joshua’s tour......

This was a fantastic tour. It was everything it advertised and more. From the outset dealing with Joshua was effortless- he responded quickly clearly and after our initial and enquires and then follow up questions we had the tour booked in a couple of hours (we were in Brazil time). The tour was everything it advertised and more. Our guide, Pepe, was very knowledgeable about the animals and jungle in particular and he went out oof his way to make sure we had a good experience. The cabins at the Tucan are simple (it is the Amazon) but have everything you need including efficient air conditioning and a fan and the setting is spectacular. The food in the lovely dining room was very good including daily samples of Amazon fish. There is also a large open deck with hammocks for the middle of the day when all the animals were escaping the heat. I would highly recommend this tour.

Oh my god. It was so awesome. First of all, kudos to Milton for always being ready to help — it was my first experience in Brazil when my tour wasn't canceled or postponed. The guy is a really great guide, and his english is just great. I cannot even say how I liked the tour. Milton is so great, and answered all my questions. The tour includes visiting a restaurant with the local food (fish is awesome!), and even fishing of pirarucu which is not that simple. :) Overall, I highly recommend this one. Thanks!

Overall this was a good trip but could have been much better. The rooms were not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were dead insects everywhere including on the beds. The mattress, bedding, was very old and ripped in a few places. The bathroom was in very poor condition. I understand this is a natural setting, but this much is not difficult to provide, especially if you are going to charge these kinds of prices.
