I was picked up at my hotel in a luxury car & met Rita, the very knowledgeable guide who tailored the trip to beat the crowds. It was a stunning day which started at 1pm & finished at 8pm, it included the magnificent Saint John’s Co-Cathedral in Valetta, gardens, boat trip, sea views, a falconer whose large hawk sat happily on my arm for a photo, Hagar Qim the megalithic temple & Mdina the mediaeval city. It was a wonderful day of learning & culture which I can highly recommend. Great value for money!

CallCabs Malta is an excellent service. More so, it's very reliable, and you can count on it when you need their service. This review section leaves me only a selection of one date, so I chose the latest one I used their service. However, my wife has health issues and need regular treatment every two weeks. Since she can't walk very well, we cannot take the bus but use CallCabs' service instead. That goes on for over a year now, and their service is like clockwork. Always friendly, helpful, and very reliable. I had my fair share with other services here before I found CallCabs. So I can compare, and CallCabs definitely sticks out in a positive way. I highly recommend them to anybody who needs a ride.

Walk through time (3500BC) when visiting these ancient prehistoric temples. Many people know about the Pyramids and Stonehenge but little do they know when it comes to these Maltese temples outdating them both. We have around twenty three megalithic sites scattered all over the islands of Malta & Gozo. In this private tour we will be visiting two fishing villages, Tarxien, Hagar Qim & Mnajdra temples. Two of these temples spread apart by a few meters very close to our cliffside, on the first day of each season the sun rises in a particular alignment with these prehistoric buildings marking the grow or harvest periods. We do not call this a guided tour but there is no need for one to be since on every site there will be its own guidance and audio visuals. All entry fees are included in price with free flowing cold water. Only the boat ride is optional and tickets need to be bought upon arriving at the site.

Inclusions: Private transportation, Air-conditioned vehicle, WiFi on board, All Fees and Taxes, Price includes Entry Fees to All sites., Free Flowing Cold Water

My wife scheduled a tour for 2 of us to Hypogeum,Tarxien,Hagar Qim & Mnajdra Temples. Christopher picked us up at our hotel in St. Julian and immediately checked with us if we wanted to cancel the tour due to bad weather. We confirmed we still wanted to go, got into his car and left. On the way he played an informative video for us. Our first sop was Hypogeum. The place was very empty due to the bad weather, but it was perfect. We almost had the site to ourselves. From there he stopped off at a nice look out point before visiting Hagar Qim & Mnajdra (both were also very empty due to bad weather). Christopher answered many of our questions along the way and did offer options for lunch to make the most of the bad weather. It was a really informative and relaxing trip. Christopher made us feel very relaxed. We would definitely call him again for future tours.

After a short twenty-minute ferry crossing you will reach Mgarr harbour, which immediately sets the pace to Gozo’s unique atmosphere. Your guide will lead you around the Megalithic temples of Ggantija, the oldest free-standing monuments in the world, pre-dating the Pyramids of Egypt, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site (two of the seven Megalithic Temples of Malta). This will be followed by visits to the medieval citadel in Victoria, the fjord-like bay at Xlendi and Dwejra. Gozo is well known for its crafts, particularly handmade lace and knitted garments. Visitors cannot fail to be impressed by the island’s lush countryside, its serene atmosphere and how different it is from the larger island of Malta.

We booked this trip to avoid the big tourist boats. We were picked up at our hotel lobby by Anton and met his mother Anna at the streetside. Both make great conversation and are genuinly interested. The boat trip was great, they really do everything to make you have the best time. They provide goggles and even let us taste a Maltese drink. If you consider making a boat trip we can 100% recommend this one.

This tour will bring the island’s history back to life by transporting the visitor back into the time period in question. This is made possible by my commentary which, being lively and incisive, correlates facets of present-day Maltese life with our historic heritage. Within the framework of a private tour, the practicality and agility of a smaller exclusive party will ensure the viewing of an array of sightseeing locations, which are not accessible to larger vehicles.

Inclusions: Air-conditioned vehicle, WiFi on board, Services of experienced professional guide, Bottled water

Exclusions: Lunch, Gratuities, Museum entrance fees

Waited 45 minutes and called and texted about 10 times. Driver was a no show so had to catch taxi. Got a message the next day saying that he was sick and forgot to let us know. Cancelled my return trip to airport. I would not use again. Taxi from airport easier and they charge a flat rate which was cheaper.

Strategically speaking this truly is the heart of the mediterrenean, the Knights Ospitalier were well aware of it when decided to build a fortify town, perched on a high rock above a deep harbour, in 1566. 2.5 hour of a leisure walking will allow you to know and understand a city that over the centuries attracted many artists, above all Michelangelo Merisi, better known as Caravaggio, arrived here. A local guide will lead you and a small group of participants at the discovery of this small but full of sights city, which maintain its 16th-century elegance, the Auberge de Castille, St. John’s Co-Cathedral, and the Church of St. Paul’s Shipwreck, with a modern twist given by the Renzo Piano–designed City Gate, Parliament Building and Opera House. We guarantee you will absolutely love the experience!
