Based on TripAdvisor, I engaged Dino from Magical Croatia to pick us up from the Slano Marina and drive us to the airport. As we had a few spare hours to kill as our scheduled flight was delayed, we asked to make several stops on the way including a stop to see the old city of Dubrovnik, some panoramic sites and to go shopping all before we ended in the airport. Dino was prompt a courteous the car was clean and sufficiently spacious (we were a group of 5 with plenty of luggage). Dino, who speaks fluent English, made an extra effort to provide information along the way and explain the sites even though all we ordered was an airport transfer.

I've had the pleasure of doing 2 tours with these guys: the Dubrovnik city tour and the day trip to Montenegro. I have done my share of tours over the years, and I can honestly say these have been the most informative, well thought, entertaining and fun of them all. It is rare to find people born and raised in the old town of Dubrovnik and it is even more difficult to find people with the knowledge, passion and professionalism that Ivo and Stjepan bring to the table. I could have spent a week listening to the history of Dubrovnik, Montenegro, Yugoslavia, etc and to all the anecdotes, facts and personal experiences. Truly outstanding. Thanks again for two fabulous days!

Meandering from town to town, following the winding road on Pelješac, you will get to know the unique lifestyle of this peninsula built upon the blessings of the nature. The savage Dalmatian karst awarded us with most powerful of the Plavac wines here. With the sun reflecting from the rocks and sea, excellent conditions for accumulation of sugars in grapes are created. These southward vineyards give the highest quality red wines in Croatia. The medieval town Ston which will impress you by its stone walls, the longest in Europe, with its 5,5 kilometres, built in the 14th century to protect the extremely valuable salt pans. The salt pans are still working today, with no changes in features or production process through centuries.Oyster and mussels are trademarks of the peninsula aswell, the famous delicacy from the clean bay of Malostonski zaljev. There are two more specialties on the peak of the culinary offer of Ston: black risotto with seafood and cuttlefish ink and the cake of Ston.

Really enjoyed it. Kotor and Budva are beautiful. Picked up from the hotel, the driver/guide was very good and knowledgeable, I forgot his name otherwise I would personally praise him. I would recommend the trip. The price of it I thought was fair. 2 hours in each of the above towns is just enough to have a quick look round and visit a few buildings.

Mario did a fantastic job. First, from email exchanges with him he determined what we wanted out of our tour and then he customized it for us. It was not a canned Montenegro tour. We were only in Montenegro for two days but had a wonderful time. Lots of fun. Mario is a great listener as the tour was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely use him again. He is knowledgeable, friendly, outgoing, and knows his stuff. We have no reservations about recommending him.
