Two trips completed, one more already booked and hopefully lots more to still book! IntroTravel is my go-to way to travel. Not only does it take away all of the complexities of finding great accommodation and booking transport but they even give you a detailed guide of what to pack, best types of bag to use and what jabs/visa you need to think about beforehand. Having done the Vietnam and Bali trips I can say that I genuinely loved both of them. Not only are there a great mix of people you meet in the group, you also have the BEST guides - shout out to Adele (Bali) and Nathan (Vietnam) for both being brilliant!! Not only were the tour guides the mum/dad of the group making sure you don’t miss the coach/train/ferry but they have also both became good friends of mine now even 1yr+ after each trip. The accommodation is great, the food is fantastic, the experiences you have will stay with you forever. But it really is the tour guides that take these trips from being great to truly amazing! I can’t wait to visit Japan next April! ADELE YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you for making this trip even better than expected!

An excellent couple of weeks with a great group of people lead by Candice who was really easy to get along with and got involved with the group well. The activities were well balanced and showcased the beauty and culture of Bali. The trip had very interesting activities such as dolphin viewing and the mountain trek which lead to some amazing views which definitely meant it was worth the early start to see the sunrise. I think overall, it was the best experience I’ve had with a tour group and the scheduling of the tour was varied which kept everyone interesting and the tour leader, Candice, was very approachable and made a lot off effort with the group to ensure there was a good mix of people getting along and no one was excluded.

We were a group of 11 people and it was very fun! We loved how much Putu engaged in making us happy and wanted to show us as much as possible in the time that we had! We did not went on a planed tour, we have showed him the places that we for sure wanted to visit and he arranged it! We absolutely loved our experience and we highly recommend anyone who wants to explore Bali to go and talk with Putu, because I don’t think there is anyone better for the position of a tour guide and that would make you feel more comfortable than him! We had a wonderful day trip starting with pick up from the cruise terminal,Aziz was the only one willing to collect us so far from the departure point for th islands. Our driver was waiting and easy to locate. We were 2 couples and had the boat to ourselves with three crew to care for us which they did so well. The snorkeling was great fishs turtles underwater statues all the things promised, they took some great underwater film and photos for us. We were given the choice of destination for our late lunch so chose to return to the mainland and were taken to Sudamala 5 star resort for a terrific lunch a swim in their pool,such a dream spot would love to go back to stay a week..Aziz is a truely professional tour operator giving a very personalized experience They got us back to the ship with time to spare unlike some other late arrivals, lucky the captain waited for them You wont regret booking with Lombok Friendly tours & travel
