The town is located 2 km from the north coast, 5 km southwest of Puerto de la Cruz, 6 km west of La Orotava, and 34 km southwest of the island's capital Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The inhabitants are known in Spanish as realejeros.

We were a group of 5 adults and had no difficult getting a table in the early evening (7 pm). One of us had salmon and the rest of us had steaks. Everything was delicious and medium steaks well cooked. Bananas flambé for dessert - yum! Would come here again. Absolutely worth the trip, taxi takes about 10 mins from the Puerto de la Cruz city centre and costs about 9 euros for 5 persons.

Here is The Old yellow THE house. There is wonderful views both around the house or down by the different beaches to the house. Use the " old " route through the banana plantation, muy bien!
