Calivirgin Olive Oil

At Coldani Olive Ranch we are literally a "Family Business". Our family grows, harvests, mills, and bottles all our olive oil. Our Calivirgin olive oils have consistently medaled in all of the national competitions making us one of the most awarded companies in the nation. At Calivirgin, we believe our olive oil is so good it should be on the wine list. Enjoy!

While staying at Flag City RV Resort an employee referred us to Coldani Olive Ranch (Calivirgin Olive Oil) as an interesting, local place to check out. It is alongside I-5 at the intersection of Highway 12, not far from exit 485. We’ve had their oil before but never visited the large ranch and cozy tasting room/gift shop. We have tasted olive oils all over in our motorhome travels and Calivirgin is by far the best. Even beats out our second favorite, from Georgia (did you know it was an olive oil state?) and any we have tasted from the Napa Valley and Capay Valley. Many flavored and non-flavored oils, balsamics and olives available to taste and if you’re lucky they may have their yummy brownies available to sample (made with their blood orange flavored oil). The recipe for those and lots of other great dishes with their products are available and free. Besides the oils, balsamics and jarred olives they also have chai-pear shrub (drinking vinegar), dirty martini juice, dipping spices, popcorn, soaps and other unique gifts. Nice, knowledgeable staff and a great oil club (which we joined). Well worth the easy stop off the highway.
