Thalasso Spa Les Issambres

Reviewed By Voyageur775 - Saffron Walden

Overall the spa was bright, clean and the staff friendly. The 50 minute massage was above average but the time in the massage bath (only 15 minutes) was too short. We spent a lot of time in the pool, going round the different water jets and the Jacuzzi, then into the Hamam before the quiet area to cool down, before returning to the pool area. Additional treatments were available at extra cost.
A 2-course lunch was included with the half-day package, there was also an a la carte menu. The food was simple but sufficient for lunch. Drinks, including the coffee were extra.

Jet Fun Evasion

We've been traveling to St. Aygulf every summer for the last 15 years, and this summer we had the best experience so far! This was amazing! We first went to a wonderful beach in St tropez to have an amazing breakfast and after we went to cap taillat where we got to experience clearblue water and a wonderful sight. This was four hours of great fun ( to sit on a jet ski and feel the wind and water in your face and hair was priceless!) and we were so happy with the service ( we had an amazing instructor who made us feel safe and guided us through the journey in a fun and secure way) the sights, the breakfast and the jetskis! We will be back next year!

Some good restaurants along the beach, we particularly enjoyed lunch at Barco one day and La Voile, at both had an excellent fish dish.

For many years now, the Beach and the Restaurant at Base Nature have been one of our favourite days out on the Riviera.
Low key, relaxed and easy to reach. Parking is plentiful and if you book lunch, you can use the restaurant facilities all day!
Managed by a delightful family, they like to look after you for Coffee, pre lunch drinks and great food from a huge menu!
Service is easy, relaxed but so efficient! Food is fresh and very generous portions always.
Just a great day by the fabulous, safe and secure beach.
Thank you all!

Head up the D559 or walk along the beach past the 3 or 4 sea barriers, towards Frejus and you'll find a car park on the right. Pass the sign Site naturel protégé Les Etangs De Villepey and you'll find wet lands and and a sandy naturist beach used by a mixture of people.

Spent some happy hours on this point snorkeling and checking out the rock pools. Plenty of sea-life, we even caught (and released) an octopus, which the kids are still raving about. There's not much beach to be had, but it's a pleasant spot nonetheless.
Park by the side of the road at the bend in the corner and it's a three minute walk to the water.

Jardin Bonaparte

To be honest I thought this was dreadful - just an area of concrete Seating with a few trees and even some artificial grass in places. Some of the views were ok but you get those anywhere along this stretch of the coast.
