I was given this as a 60th Birthday gift and went along with trepidation. The instructor was very clear and spoke adequate English. We were a small group so no waiting around. For the first flight the instructor holds you and helps you into a balanced flying position. The wind is adjusted according to your weight and for the second flight the instructor took me right up to the top of the tunnel a few times - which was great once I relaxed! I then met Brendan who works there and is British. He patiently explained about my "sky dive experience" which was part of my package and I wore a headset through which I chose to simulate a jump from a plane above Hawaii. You are in the tunnel with the effect of free falling from a plane whilst seeing the land below and other sky divers around you. Really good. The facilities are nice and clean and there is a pleasant bar from where your friends can watch you in the tunnel.
