Born in 1975, Cascina Sòt is a farm in Monforte d’Alba, that was purchased by Maria and Giuseppe after they have worked for years in the property as sharecroppers. However, with the advent of the son Leonardo and his wife Silvana, the wine business has become the only corporate commitment. The company currently cultivates its own vineyards, some of which are located among the most prestigious cru of Barolo wine area. In 2014 Maurizio, son of Leonardo, after finishing his studies at the Wine School of Alba and experienced in other wineries in the area, is directly involved in the vinification and subsequent sale.We are waiting for you! Our company was born from the strong passion of Mauro Sebaste, son of Sylla, a famous woman and a true Langa wine expert. After Sylla's premature death, Mauro leaves the family business and, propelled by his strong passion for wine, he pursues a single objective: producing QUALITY WINES. We are open from Monday to Saturday: 8 - 12 / 14 - 18. SUNDAY CLOSED Visit and tasting ONLY BY BOOKING at least 48 hours notice. Considering 1 hour for Visiting and 1 hour for tasting, we usually propose an appointment at 10 AM o at 3 PM. Beautiful cellar located in the hills of La Morra, in the heart of Langhe: five hundred meters above sea level, with the view sweeping over the plains of Cuneo as far as the beautiful landscape of the Alps, from the Maritimes to the Monte Rosa. Famous for the production of BAROLO, but also Barbera and Nebbiolo.

Tradition and innovation. This is the oxymoron on which the Montaribaldi company grounds its great success. Founded in 1968 in the very heart of Barbaresco by Giuseppe Talliano and his wife, it was then taken over in 1994 by their sons Luciano and Roberto. Now the whole family is running it, brewing with passion the best quality wines while always respecting the oldest traditions.As matter of fact, in the last few years, the company has decided to bet on innovation without changing its best traditions. It is exactly that which makes the company able to continuously improve the quality of their wines, while always promoting their land. Such careful management, along with the favorable climate conditions, the richness of its soil, the implementation of new biodynamic techniques, the accurate selection of wines and the careful vinification let Montaribaldi obtain a wide range of excellent, unique wines which are appreciated all over the world and which have become a clear example of the “glocal” philosophy.

In a location eloquently symbolic of Barolo, right at the interface between Barolo’s historic Cannubi hill and La Morra’s Brunate, born our winery founded in the early 1930s that is the classic family-run wine estate.We own approx 5 hectars of land and we produce every year 25.000 bottles of wine always using classical method with ageing in big wood barrels without use of barriques.

Cascina Albano was born in the heart of Langhe, on the hills of Barbaresco, from Vacca family, who has been now producing wines for more than three generations. The winery was founded by grandfather Marco and his son Natale at the beginning of the 80s. Passionate about the land where they were born, they decided to name the winery after the hill on which it sits: Alban, which means “kissed by the early sunshine”. The passion for our job and the fascinating relationship between vines and man, give us the courage to improve every day the expression of our land and our history through our wines. They are able, like a never-ending book, to tell the story about the harmony between the different parts. Modern creativity together with a focused vision of agriculture and enology, allows us to enhance the unique features of our wines and our hills. In every sip of one of our wines, you will the passion of grandfather Marco, the patience of Natale, and the creativity of Marco.

We are young winemakers with ancient vineyards... The great passion of Roberto for the cultivation of wineyards, and Alessandro for the production of wine have allowed the birth of this small cellar. From the top of the hill of Altavilla you can taste our wines and enjoy the marvellous view of the Langhe. Visits and winetastings are held only by appointment. See you soon!

Grinzane Cavour Castle stands in one of the most spectacular settings in the Langa, just 5 km from Alba. The imposing building, erected around a central tower dating back to the first half of the XI century, can be admired in all its original beauty following the restoration that began in 1960, in celebration of the first centenary of the Unification of Italy. The Castle now houses the "Cavour" Regional Enoteca, the first to be set up in Piedmont in 1967. This is a prestigious showcase for the very best Piedmontese wines and grappas, foremost amongst them being Barolo and Barbaresco. The wines undergo a strict selection process before being displayed and placed on sale along with leading local food products. Tastings possible.
