Tunnel Ridge Ranch has been operating on the Sunshine Coast for over 20 yrs. Our experienced Horse staff will first give you a lesson in the Horse Riding Arena. Then when you are competent they will take you out for a ride on the pristine trails on the Sunshine Coast Hinterland.

This was my husband’s first time on a horse and we absolutely loved our 2.5hr Sunday afternoon trail ride! Our horses, Jessie and Freckles were adorable and very well trained. The trail was through a beautiful section of forest and our ride was peaceful and relaxing. All the horses were very well loved and our guides were very professional and ensured we were safe at all times. Definitely recommend this tour!

Home Welcome to the website of the Landsborough Museum. Landsborough Museum was established in 1976. It is one of the largest community museums in South East Queensland, and is dedicated to preserving the cultural heritage of the local region. A dedicated group of volunteers staff the Museum and work to research and provide visitor access to the community’s collections and stories. The Museum is open Wednesday to Friday and Sundays from 9.00am to 2.30pm. From the 15th December to the 8th January (incl), the Museum will be closed for our Christmas break. The Museum reopens for visitors on the 9th January 2019

This hidden gem is not even known to all locals! We usually start walking at the Mooloolah end down past the IGA and towards the left. There is a council board showing you the walk and what to see. It travels along the old Rail line until you get to Landsborough and on the way you go through the Old Rail Tunnel which is pretty dark inside and you will probably see bats! It has a fair bit of shade as you walk with trees all around you though the ground is rough at times- not suited to a wheelchair but a pram will make most of it ok. You will usually be the only ones in there so enjoy the peace and quiet which gets interrupted by passing trains on the current line right next to you!

Good fun for big kids and small kids. Maybe could offer a family package or even bundle up a drink and food package.
