I did there yoga teacher training course 200 h. It’s been super intense and above my expectations. I learnt in 1 month more than years practicing. Bhoomaji and the rest of teachers are super experts in their subjects and know perfectly how to teach for your understanding and the rest of the staff are simply magic. One of the Great attraction near Thenmala.. Awesome location... There is a reception centre near Aryankavu check post.. They are providing van facility to reach the Palaruvi waterfalls.. ₹ 50 per person.. The drive to the waterfalls is most scenic.. through thick green forest.. Well maintained near falls.. There are guards always alert you.. You can get some snacks.. Don't miss when you are visiting Thenmala..

well a very beautiful place to visit. there is a lift to reach just below the top. then you have to climb two flight of stairs. the view is breathtaking. go in the evening to avoid the harsh sun. the breakwater is an excellent place for a really long walk. you may see lot of mongoose roaming around. some beautiful graffiti adorn the rocks on the breakwater. take lot of water and snacks with you.

Unniyappam you get here as prasadam is a delight, its cooked right in front of the idol and a highly reveed prasadam amoung devotees, like Ambalapuzha Pal Payasam and Sabarimala Aravana and Ada. Its an ancient temple and a must visit for all Ganesha devotees, a usual place for Sabarimala devotees also.
