Tennessee Smokies Minor League Baseball and Smokies Park

Reviewed By Jack L - Sevierville, Tennessee

You start out by paying a $5 parking fee, which is nothing considering the parking lot is well marked and clean! The staff who sell the tickets are so fun and friendly!!! We have the best time before the games even start....This ballpark is so fun and friendly! Mascots walking around, events for all ages, food that is fair priced and yummy!!! The kids can play on the play area, which is padded with foam mulch. The kids can jump in the jump houses for $5 a piece. He events during the game are awesme too! They have kids running after mascots, playing games, running the bases and events where kids get to meet the players. I would agree tha there is NOT a bad seat in this ballpark! The fireworks on Fridays are awesome too! The gift/merchandise shop is a happening place and I can see why it is...So many selections of shirts, hats, memorabilia and SO MUCH MORE!!! We have a blast watching the Smokies and would recommend a trip out o check it out!!!

If your into chocolate then this is the place for you. Both the Halloween candy and Christmas candy are on display. If your needing the sugar free fix then they have a whole wall and then some. They have bargains thru out the store and there is maybe something for everyone. We went ahead and shopped for Christmas and most likely saved about 30% then normal.

Seven Islands State Birding Park

Reviewed By Gene H - Seymour, Tennessee

This is one of the newest TN State Parks and it is a gem. The strategic location is because of the numbers of migrating birds that go through our area stop in at this location. For the first time I spotted an Orchard Orioles. Similar to their Baltimore Cousins but a little smaller and not as bright orange. May other birds that I will not ruin the surprise for you. Lots of paths/loops/trails and it is a pet friendly area. Bring water or a drink, you'll need it. There is nothing available on location. Binoculars and a camera are suggested.
Enjoy

River Islands Golf Club

With many trees, difficult water holes, and unusual layout, this Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole golf course challenges beginners and pros alike.

Reviewed By Dupers - Michigan

The River Island Golf Club is a great track, and with 4 sets of tees can provide a challenge for golfers of all levels and ability. Unfortunately, the fairways are showing a bit of wear and tear which is a result of a lot of play, and a very dry summer. While the course is a little out of the way, it is well worth the effort. Great Smokies Flea Market

Reviewed By JK201317 - Barbourville, Kentucky

My husband and I go to this flea market several times a year....Lots of parking. Clean restrooms, short order resturant and lots and lots of inside and outdoor vendors...The vendors are friendly and hospitable...great place to shop. It takes several hours or more to go through.....Will definitely be going back...It's easy to get to ( right beside the interstate.) The same exit as Pigeon Forge and Sevierville, TN......
