You can actually climb to the top of the lighthouse! It was a beautiful day and we could see into the water below. We saw a manatee in the water below. Great view from the top. If you can give it try. Nice park. Lots of picnic tables and walking paths.

This was our first time here, I have lived in Miami for 7 years and Lynne even longer than me and, neither of us ever went to Key Biscayne before, it is really lovely, the lighthouse is really pretty, it is located inside the Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, there are a few walking paths or you can rent bikes, there is the beach, it has a totally different vibe from Miami yet, you are 10 minutes from the city, we will definitely be back again ❤️ The only thing I would improve is the closing time at the lighthouse area, as the park is open till later that area should be too and not close at 4 pm, way too early. Ritz-Carlton Spa, Key Biscayne

I can't say enough about my experience at the Ritz Spa in Key Biscayne. From the assistance I received when making my spa reservations ( November Specials) all the way through until my departure. When I called to make my appointments The young lady who assisted me gave me her recommendation on the order I should get my treatments so that I could enjoy each one to the max. Once I arrived I was greeted and was informed of the Covid procedures they have and then asked to take a seat after being offered a refreshment. My first treatment was a massage that was incredible. It was very relaxing and I wish It could have gone longer. After that I went to get a facial which for me was the highlight. Everything was explained to me during my facial and she made sure I was comfortable through out the entire experience. I finished off with the Manicure and Pedicure. Also, found it to be a great experience. I definitely would recommend the Ritz Spa in Key Biscayne as the staff there is AMAZING!!! Will sure be back to visit soon.

Crandon Park Beach

Paradise Beach and clear water. Parking is USD 7/day. Bring picnic and enjoy the sound of the waves and palmtrees. Wanted to get away from the noisy Miami Beach for a day and this is how it is done. Highland recommended.
