We stopped by for a quick visit before checking in to our hotel. All I can say is WOW! If you want a great view of the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty without the crowds and craziness, you need to stop here. This would be a perfect picnic spot during warmer months!

This memorial is absolutely beautiful, yet a sobering reminder of the events of 9/11. Liberty State Park opens at 6:00 am so visiting the memorial before the sun rises offers a quiet, peaceful visit. This is a must visit for anyone in the area. The park itself also offers great views of Lower Manhattan.

Had an event at Hudson House. Stayed overnight Hyatt House. Was worried when we walked into Lobby of old bldg. However, hotel checkin was Terrace Level and was lovely. Room immaculate, view of water front outstanding. Complimentary breakfast delicious. Rooftop bar that we didn’t get to enjoy cause of rain but is open year round. Will definitely stay again. Downtown adorable and safe.

Well situated, this marina allowed us easy access to NYC as well as to water taxi/ferry access to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

The park is just outside the Exchange Place PATH Station. The park has plenty of seating areas. It is the perfect spot to watch the morning or night sky overlooking lower Manhattan. Great place for photographers. There are also a few coffee shops within walking distance.

Katyn Forrest is an emotional remembrance for the Polish people. Deeply moving, and the symbolism of the bayonet to the back is not missed.
