Enjoy an afternoon trip to the desert sand dunes outside Jaisalmer. The tour begins in the Golden City itself where the majestic fort is located. From there a vehicle will transport you the countryside, beginning with a tour of the ghost town known as Kuldhara Village. This will be at the sand dunes (anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours). There will be snacks and chai served, and dinner under the stars.

A very well arranged tour by Mystic Jaisalmer. The tuk tuk ride with Moosa ji was incredible. Mr. Moosa was so professional, he picked me up from my hotel on time and was very courteous. Also, he ensured that all the covid regulations were being followed. Along with the host from Mystic Jaisalmer, Mr. Ashraf Ali, Moosa ji customised his set tour of the city to my liking - they understood exactly what I was interested in. What i really appreciated was that while Moosa ji is very informative, he does not unnecessarily talk too much... :) I would most certainly recommend everyone to do this tour. My journey would have been incomplete, had I not decided to do this tour.

Continue to explore the beautiful dunes until you behold the beautiful sunset over the golden sand dunes at great Thar desert. Enjoy the Masala chai and Indian chips and snacks while you witness the traditional folk dance "Bhawai"and "Ghumar" and rajasthani and sufi songs around the campfire. Aftermath, enjoy a delicious rajasthani dinner filled with the wide array of specialties. Watch the oriental Gyspy dance performance by professionals. End your trip at around 9.30 PM and head back to your hotels in Jaisalmer.

I travelled solo with no intention of visiting dunes however one of my friends booked the safari for me from another agency where I was sleeping under the stars yes but, I could see windmills electric poles and a lot if people. It didn't feel special at all. I was disappointed as I expected a very different experience. As I was staying with Mystic Jaisalmer, I was accompanied with a blogger and the amazing owner of the place for the safari. It was far away from Jaisalmer. No people no network away from all the problem. Great thar ride till the location with camel safari. Camels were well fed and treated extremely well. Umed and Peru being the amazing cook, Cooked full mean of thick roti, mixed veg Sabzi, dhal and rice for the dinner and trust me it tastes soo good ❤. I loved sleeping under billion stars and enjoying every bit of it. The next morning we returned back having healthy breakfast with some bread butter jam, fruits and chai. Then I realized why some safaris are expensive than the other. Highly recommend The billion stars experience for their hospitality, food and everything else that made the best experience of my life.

The camel ride was the sole purpose of visiting Jaisalmer. Its a fantastic experience while having a camel ride,especially for the people from metro cities. Memorable experience.

This was one of the most wonderful experience in my life. The place where you can feel rural life and taste some of the fresh local vegetables. You can walk all around the farm, pick any tree you want to sit under and meditate, or just breathe the silence. Organic food, masala chai, friendly mystic people, peace in the midst of desert. I think you don't need anything else for perfect time. I highly recommend!
