A sede da Casa da Cultura também faz parte da história de Itapira. Ali funcionaram a cadeia e o Fórum da cidade. Com a restauração do prédio, a Casa da Cultura foi inaugurada em 1.980. No andar térreo localizam-se a Biblioteca Municipal "Mário da Fonseca Filho" e a sala de pesquisas e, no andar superior o destaque é o auditório "Sérgio Barboza Ferraz", onde são realizados eventos culturais.
