What to do and see in Island of Hawaii, Hawaii (HI): The Best Gear Rentals

January 12, 2022 Florencio Paulino

Life on the Big Island is a little bit slower… and locals like it that way. The natural beauty and ecological features of the island are a draw for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Test your chutzpah at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, home to the longest volcanic eruption in recorded history, or climb to the indescribably beautiful summit of Mauna Kea. At the end of the day, there’s nothing more refreshing than a quivering plate of fresh poke, followed by a fruity shave ice.

Highly recommend Brian and team! We rented 3 of the 50cc scooters and just had a blast. We went much further than anticipated. Best money we spent the whole vacation! None of us knew how to ride prior, but that was no issue...Brian taught us each individually how to ride.

What a fun experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly, provided us with dry bags as well as mesh bags and life jackets. They helped to point out where we might find dolphins which we did and were able to see them up close both on the way to Captain Cook Monument and back, we had a great time snorkeling the reef near the monument, the up-close experience with the dolphins was simply amazing!
